We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through our services, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
Payment must be made at the time of order placement or upon delivery, depending on the payment method selected. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery. All payment information is processed securely in accordance with industry standards.
For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of order placement. You must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid delivery address and contact phone number. If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, you may be charged for additional delivery attempts.
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver may leave the products in a safe location at the delivery address, or we may attempt redelivery at a later time. We are not responsible for products left unattended at your request.
Delivery fees may apply based on your location, order size, and delivery preferences. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or defects immediately to our customer service team.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or return the products in accordance with our return policy.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Products must be returned in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.
For subscription services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery period. Refunds for subscription services are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions.
We are committed to providing high-quality, safe drinking water that meets or exceeds all applicable health and safety standards. Our water undergoes rigorous purification processes and regular quality testing to ensure its purity and safety.
While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, we cannot guarantee that our products will be free from all defects or contamination. If you receive a product that you believe is defective or contaminated, please stop using it immediately and contact our customer service team.
All water containers and dispensers provided by maxpure remain our property unless explicitly sold to you. You are responsible for maintaining these items in good condition and returning them upon request or termination of service.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our customer service team. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes amicably.
If informal resolution is not successful, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Taiwan. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mandarin Chinese in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Upon termination by either party, you remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, you must return all water containers, dispensers, and other equipment belonging to Pure Spring Water Delivery. Failure to return our property may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
We may also provide additional notice of significant changes through email or other communication methods. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our services.

The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. These Terms will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
